In their lectures delivered at the 2015 Fuller Forum, Walter Brueggemann, renowned author and Old Testament scholar, spoke about God being a dialogic partner actively engaged with his people, and how this relationality shapes our understanding of God’s justice, grace, and law; and Kyong-Jin Lee, associate professor of Old Testament Studies, considered the need for new ethical frameworks amidst the shifting powers and advances of globalism.

The 2015 Fuller Forum explored the themes of justice, grace, and law and how each shapes our understanding of the church’s relationship with God and the church’s ministry in the world. Joined by Fuller scholars and other guests, renowned Old Testament scholar Walter Brueggemann, featured as the conference’s keynote speaker. Author of over a hundred books, he is the William Marcellus McPheeters Professor Emeritus of Old Testament at Columbia Theological Seminary.
